Art Night

This is a close up of our Eric Carle inspired mural for the school Art and STEAM night. It was a collaborative project for the lower school art classes. We learned about Eric Carle and used his mixed media painting techniques to create this large scale collage.

The mural hung at the base of the school stage which the children used for the evening performances. I am so happy with how this piece turned out!

Our entire school had various activities going on in each of the classroom. Artwork was displayed in the cafeteria. I used the school tables to display each class. All students had a 2D and 3D piece in the show.

Kindergarten pinch pots turned into baskets. We added a handle with beads. They loved making these and could not wait to take them home!
